Mold Design:

• We offer fully detailed and dimensioned 3D designs using Solidworks. Detail drawings include all molding, mechanical, modified standard components and mold base plates. Designs can be done in metric or standard units using "off the shelf" or custom mold base frames and your choice of frame components (DME, Progressive, Hasco, etc.)

• Translation files of the design are available (DWG, DXF, Parasolid, Step, & PDF are common)

• We can import nearly any 3D part file. If a 3D model of your product does not exist, we can create one for you.

• We will work with your companies design standards and practices. If your company does not have a set of standards, we will determine the most appropriate requirements for your mold based on the product, pieces required and industry served.
